If the probation period is 6 mths.
Due to management decision for company restructuring, if we plan to terminate those people who fall under probation period less than 6 mths. What's the compensation benefits according to Malaysia Labour Law ? Thnks.

Since they have less than 12 months service, they are not entitlement termination benefits under the Employment Act. But those employees can claim for reinstatement under the Industrial Relations Act if they think the termination was unfair.
