答:
1。 就當休假沒有拿CANCELED算了

2. 明知是公共假期為何要拿無薪假呢?

再問:
1. 我不明白什麽是:就當休假沒有拿CANCELED?

2. 其實當天員工是應該要上班的,可是他就absent & no news on that day.

3. 員工從25/1/09-31/1/09都拿無薪假期,可是26-27/1/09是公共假期。那麽該怎麽計算呢?公共假期還要補錢給員工嗎?還是當無薪假期來扣那兩天的薪水?

1. I meant the day's annual leave to be treated as cancelled.

2. Which day he was absent?

3. Did he apply for no pay leave and was the no pay leave approved?

1. he off on PH, not take annual leave on that day.

2. 1/1/2009

3. he apply unpay leave & approved for 28-31/1/09 only. our restaurant is closed on 25-27/1/09 for festival CNY.

1. Then he should be given another for PH as replacement

2. No pay for him for that day.

3. No pay from 28-31 Jan .
