Re: Part-timer

I was hired by a company to work as a promoter during PC fair. The uniform was shown during the briefing but it was a half body picture. It's a nurse uniform and the dress is really short till the safety pants could be seen, where the pay is just RM100 a day. I decided to stop working and inform the person in charge after working on the first day, around 11.30pm. She told me that I have to look for replacement as it was too late for her to look for replacement and claimed that it is very irresponsible as i promised to work for 3 days. I disagreed and told her that i would rather not getting pay for that day.

Here's the question.
Can i still get my pay since i resign at the last minute and agree for not getting pay before???

I really can't say 'yes' or 'no'. I think you better forget about this issue. But you still can try asking the question to the Labour Office.
