resign date wef 15/7/09, actually need to giving 1 month notice, however i decide to leave ealier at 31/7/09.

Question 1 : i jus need to pay for the 2 weeks salary for the company. rite?
QUestion 2: Do the comp hav the right to hold my 1 month salary n not pay to me?

You are right as stated in Section 13 of the Employment Act

13. Termination of contract without notice.

(1) Either party to a contract of service may terminate such contract of service without notice or, if notice has already been given in accordance with section 12, without waiting for the expiry of that notice, by paying to the other party an indemnity of a sum equal to the amount of wages which would have accrued to the employee during the term of such notice or during the unexpired term of such notice,

how long that the comp can hold for my salary?

Should be on your last day. If they hold for too long, complain to the Labour Office.
