如果员工被炒(解雇)的原因是他的行为不当(多次用个人的名义以低价钱为公司的顾客服务,导致公司损失)
我想问的是:
1。那么以她犯的行为,她的annual leave claimable (今年起到现在,她已工作4年,每到五年)公司需要claim 回给她?
2。如果公司在7月21日解雇她,那annual leave claimable is calculate from jan - jun or jan to july ?
3。如果公司在7月21日解雇她,工资是(basic/31)x21 ,对吗?
4.解雇以后多少天内要支付工资给员工?

1. If it is a normal termination of service, then you have to pay all those items mentioned in 1, 2 and 3 and be paid on the day of termination of service.

2. If she was dismissed after a domestic inquiry was held then annual leave entitlement will be forfeited. Only salary is payable.

Salary calculation in 3 is correct.
