工作时间是 :一至五10-7pm: 六:10-2pm

1.若我这月份做到20号,我薪水rm1100是怎么算?那年假又怎么算回钱?

我是从16.4.09 到20.7.09 辞职。。。9.5.09拜六只拿一天年假,那我还有几天年假?
2. 那年假又怎么算回钱?

3. OT半小时又怎么算?

4. 我可以要求老板在我薪水里epf & socso 不要扣出来吗?因我急用钱。。但老板在kwsp 应该还公司该给员工epf & socso 吗?还是我可以要求老板应该给kwsp 的epf & socso加在我薪水一起 吗?

example : rm1100 epf staff is = rm121 epf majikan is = rm 132

在薪水我可以这样算吗?
1. RM1100 + epf majikan is = RM 132 + SOCSO majikan = RM XXXX

2. RM1100 ,epf majikan is = RM 132 + SOCSO majikan 给老板进在我的kwsp epf & SOCSO 可以吗?

想要知道你辭職,你給老板多久的通知?

有關EPF,SOCSO,是不可以加在薪水一起給你的。

我辭職給老板三天时间通知。。因not yet confirm .so i follow appiontment letter 1days resign notice ...

so how 2 calculate my salary and ot ?

1. 20 days salary: (1100/31) x 20

2. Annual leave (8/12) x 3 months = xxx days

3. OT (1100/26x8) x 1.5 x OT hours

4. Your boss cannot let you have your share of EPF and SOCSO. Money must be sent to EPF and SOCSO. If he still agrees to let you have it then it is up to him. He must pay for your share if found out by EPF or SOCSO later.

Can I claim the overtime payment if my basic salary is more that RM 2000.00 ?
