Re: Compensation of terminate
i would like to get some advise from you.
I got a staff (salary RM 1,900 per month), We had prepare employment letter to him & for the item of term of resignation is one month notice. He had work around 1.5 years in my company cause of we are not satisfy with his services(he always m.c & take leaves average one week one time & we also already issue one warning letter to him), so we had no choice & we asked him to give us a resignation letter within 24 hours.
i just paid him the salary up to date of termination & annual leave already took finish by him (he just worked 5 days on that month). but he said we need to pay him compensation one month (cause of we asked him to resign immediately).
Please advise us how much should us pay to him?
