Re: Can an employer terminate a employee under probation?

Can an employer terminate a employee if the employee still under 6 months probation.

Is an employer required to give a 'warning letter' to the employee which still under probation before terminate the employee?

You can do that but the employee also has the right to complain to the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
