if staff tender resignation letter with 3 month notice, can he join other company especially the company competitor within that period whereby he still getting pay include the EPF contribution from the previous company ?
If you have good evidence, I think you can do that. In fact, he may be hoping you kick him out so that he will not have to work through the 3 months notice period. Anyway, you should know the situation better.
