我在一间公司才俩个多月,请问还没被肯定的病假有多少天。服务满一年的有几天?两年又有几天?

参看以下条文:

(aa) Where no hospitalisation is necessary:

(i) of fourteen days in the aggregate in each calendar year if the employee has been employed for less than two years;

(ii) of eighteen days in the aggregate in each calendar year if the employee has been employed for two years or more but less than five years;

(iii) of twenty-two days in the aggregate in each calendar year if the employee has been employed for five years or more; or

(bb) of sixty days in the aggregate in each calendar year if hospitalisation is necessary, as may be certified by such registered medical practitioner or medical officer:

the foreign worker annual and sick leave same as local worker? my company got some foreign worker came from vietam and the date is 25/2/08, thats means no more then 1 years.so their annual leave and sick leaves how to count it?

thanks alot to reply me those question.another question to trouble you , if i start working at 21 / 10/08 , thats means havent pass the probation period , then the annual leave still count as 8 days?then the sick leave how to count it?

You are NOT entitled to annual leave until 20/10/09, must complete 12 months service to qualify for 8 days

Eventhough you started working on 21/10/08 and still under probation, you are entitled to 14 sick leave in 2008 alone. Now in 2009, if you are now in January sick for 14 days, you are entitled to it.

In my company got 1 female operator go operation start frm 5/1/09 - 24/1/09,total mc is 20 days.but this worker just woking at here not more then 1 years.so how to count the medicine leave , i dun know how to do it,if not later i think her will came to scold me...

First find out how many days she stayed in hospital. Then her medical leave will be the number of days she stayed in hospital plus 14 days ordinary sick leave. For example, she stayed for 3 days , her total sick leave will be 3 + 14 = 17. The other 5 days will be no pay.
