Do i entitle at least 10 days public holiday if my salary is above RM1500?
My contract stated that i only entitled 7 pay public days . HR told me my salary is above RM1500 , so is not under the protection of employment act. That also mean all terms and conditions are according to the contract i signed with the company. Is it true? I tot some clauses should follow employment act even salary above RM1500. such as public holiday, maternity leave, epf, socso?
In addition, if the salary is above RM1500 and no contract signed with the company, does it consider under protection of employment act?
