如果, 有一位员工已达到是退休年龄, 可是员工与雇主并没有任何employment contract. 由于他年老了, 在工作上并不能时常帮上雇主忙. 现在, 雇主想让这位员工停职, 雇主是否要赔上retrenchment fee? (The company is not Sdn. Bhd.)

雇主必須付給遣散金(retrenchment benefit)。算法是(salaryx12)/365 x 20 x years of service.
