Re: termination without any warning or briefing

contract worker where the employment letter did not specify any time limit of service. Suddenly a termination letter has been given. no 'stop contract' letter been given either. one months notice 's given. worked for 4 months. reason of fired me is that the employer is not happy with my work performance. felt truely unfair because when the time been hired. all the jobs have very tight deadlines. when everything under controlled. employer hire a new staff to replace me. do i hav any reason to sue this employer. please help. thanks a lot.

You can make complaint at the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
