本人已提交辞职信,从14april2009起效。四月份我因得到从1st april 到 14th april 的薪金,根据合约我的工作时间是星期一至五,那么我四月份的薪金该如何算呢?雇主是否有权把我的薪金divide 30days来算我perday该有多少?(合约并没有注明薪金divide 30days的calculation policy)

Your April salary should be (salary/30) x 14

thank you for your reply, now im under 1 month notice until 14th april as i have mentioned on above, but i still have 11days entitlement anual leave from last year which havent clear yet...so i would like to know how do this remaining annual leaves from last year will be calculate and redeem back as cash pay?

You may apply for all you balance of leave before you go. If your employer wont allow you to take the leave, they will have to pay you (salary/26) x 11 .

finally my company willing to pay according the calculation the you have advised, but i would like to know do annual leave pay will also need to deduct EPF?
