Re: show cause letter & warning letter

你好,最近我老板对于员工的纪律操行看得特别严紧,凡是有违犯公司handbook 任何条款的都毫不客气的给于警告。但是问题在于从开始 show cause letter 至发出warning letter,都是由人事部主管(Executive level) 签名的,请问那些信没有老板的签名会有效的吗?
公司有appoint panel doctor , 但是最近凡是没有看panel doctor 的都不能拿病假,只能拿年假,这有触犯劳法吗?
一个员工因为失职,老板硬要扣他的薪水作赔偿,但他却将矛头指向人事部主管,还说要到劳工部告她,(不是告公司),请问他告的到那主管的吗?

1. 人事部主管签名是有效的;

2。 如果公司有appoint panel doctor職員就必須向該診所求診。不過在以下勞工法令第60F(b)情況下可以找別的醫生

60F(b) if no such medical practitioner is appointed or, if having regard to the nature or circumstances of the illness, the services of the medical practitioner so appointed are not obtainable within a reasonable time or distance, by any other registered medical practitioner or by a medical officer;

3. 只可以告公司,不可以告個人。如果他硬要告個人,勞工局也不會接受的。
