你好,
1)公司为了鼓励员工的出勤率,设定每月如休息不超过4天,将给予allowance RM100。某员工于某月休息了3天休息日,请了2天有薪年假,休息了1天公共假期,总数休息了6天。如果公司于这个月不发此RM100的allowance 有错吗?
2)依据EPF缴交率表,收入介于740.01至760.00,雇员缴84而雇主缴92。如果某员工的收入是758.53,请问可不可以直接以758.53 X 11%=83.44(雇员)758.53 X 12% = 91.03(雇主)?因为这样一来就不须每次发薪水都要看表看到眼花。

Must deduct according to the EPF table and not by percentage. You better cinfirm with EPF.
