RE : Deducted Leave On Absent On Duties
Did company have the right to set own rule to deducted employee pay for their absent work fall on before and after rest day (Means: Sundayt day, Public Holiday and Co Indication Holiday ) via personal reason ?
eg : If worker absent on duties on Monday on 2nd onward : Co. strictly deducted total 3 days as unpaid leave included Saturday (Co. indication holiday) + Sunday (rest day) + Monday !
P/s : Co. have display a memo on above action on notice board!
