Re: 克扣犯规员工的津贴

由于马来西亚薪金偏低,员工普遍不满并有怠工现象,因此公司有意更正目前的薪酬制度。除底薪之外,公司将提供一项生活津贴给予员工。

请问日后若有员工仍怠工或触犯条规,公司可否通过克扣该生活津贴以示惩戒?

注:公司有诚意提供津贴但担心员工拿了津贴仍不做事,因此想这样做以达到照顾员工及加强纪律两种效果

如果你們有所顧慮,考慮不要用生活津貼而用勤工津貼。明文指明雇員必須在每一個月做足幾天就可以享有一筆勤工津貼。做不足者就不能享有。不妨試一試看可以不可以奏效。

公司目前已有提供出勤津贴,迟到时间超过某个限度或有缺席纪录者将无法在有关月份享有该津贴。

或许我们可以提供《每月勤工及纪律奖励》,明文规定只有完全遵守公司条规、工作安全措施的员工才能享有。

对劳资双方,我相信这应该是最公平的方式:员工遵守纪律、公司就提供奖励。

i want to ask about the alowance. My company have given alowance Rm 300 and RM 50 to staff. If staff late come to work more than 30 minutes in 1 month the RM 50 is no more already. The Rm 300 is need to follow instruction , if staff every day come to work never apply leave , the Rm 300 is given. But now my staff is ask for me , this alwance is long time having or short time . i tell them this alowance is like a bonus , if you all follow all my company sistem we will give you all bonus that Rm 300. that i can say like this anot ????

我现在的公司新金分为底薪和津贴,当请年假或病假时,津贴就会被减掉。这样做附合劳工法令吗?
