if staff during on probation period can be termination immerdiately that reason unrequirement by company.....so suitable ?

If you want to terminate his service immediately, you will at least have to pay a month salary as indemnity (if it is the agreed notice period for termination of service) and any balance of annual leave.

can we terminate the staff who is still under probation due to refuse to do OT on weekend and several days and the reason given is want to take a rest and his work attitude is not meet the company requirement (eg: using HP in the workplace, not serious while doing work)
