I think company has the right to deploy its staff according to its needs. Inter-departmental transfer is alright.

If i am a marketing staff with this company for 3 yrs ++ already , but management just give me 10 days notis n transfer i to FREELANCE n no basic pay but commission will pay higher , is this ok ??

I am not familiar with your working conditions, I am really not in the position to say anything. You should know whether the new position will allow you to earn more or less. If you really can sell, why worry? If the transfer is really to your disadvantage, consult the Industrial Relations Department.

Actually i need to know is their transfer i to freelance but on 5 feb 2008 my boss just ask me after CNY no need come back to office work anymore n he also did't give me any compensation somemore he on hold my commission also . Is there can do it like this way? N i request a termination lettle from management their refuse to do it !!

That is a different story, in that case you better make a complaint at the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department and make a claim against the company. Go there and seek advice and they will tell you what to do.
