依照我的comfirm letter,
basic 1500 + allw 200
试问 我还受到劳工法令的保护吗?
salary 高于1500的员工 又没有任何法令保障他们的福利?

如计划在九月离职,日期应放30/9 or 29/9
(30/9 is sunday) * 因为会影响薪水的计算*
如放 29/9 salary i get will be -->>1500/30 * 29 = 1450 感觉不划算

工作不满一个月(离职缘故)是否就不能享有该月EPF & socso?
4.
我于一月尾上班 九月离职 我是应得的年假是否是
8/12 * 8mth = 5 days

只要薪水不超過RM5000,如果雇主沒有依照工作合約行事,雇員仍然可以去勞工局投訴的。如果遇到不合理解雇,INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT也能給予保護。參看69B條,EMPLOYMENT ACT.
2。一個月通知應該是1/9到30/9。你是月薪雇員,星期天也是有薪水的。
3。應該可以享有的,去問問該兩部門。
4。算法對。

Hi, i wish i could understand this entry. I need to know the legal daily wage calculation if I were to resign in the middle of the month. I can't understand Chinese writing. Thank you.
