Re: Notice of warning

Last week, I had failed to call my Employer for emergency leave.
The next day, I went to work. I was called to go in office and the management had handed me a notice of warning letter.
And asked me to sign as having received the letter
So my question is although I was wrong without informing them,
but can they ask me to sign?

Yes they can issue you with a warning. Refusing to sign is also wrong. So try not to repeat the mistake.

They cannot force you to sign but they can take disciplinary action against you for that if they want to.
