Re: Is it will deduct salary when advance take annual leave on the month?

During Chinese New Year, company open at the 10th day of Chinese New Year then i had to take 6days annual leave. Currently i have taken 1 day annual leave on 2nd May. So total 7 days annual leave i've taken now company has deducted my 1 day salary base on the 7th day's annual leave.
I wish to know that is it they have the right to do it so.? Thanks

I think you have not completed one year service. If that is the case, the leave on 7th day is deemed not taken since they have deducted a day's salary for it. You may take it another day.

I don't understand why it should happen like that, go to the Labour Office and talk to one of the officers there about it.
