Employer is forcing the employee to take unpaid leave but not the senior management. Can the affected employee take action against the employer since the unpaid leave is not for all staff?

I think it would be better for you to consult the Labour Office if anything can be done about your problems.

if the company planning shut down because of no order, can deduct employee's leave or salary if he no more any annual leave ?

RE : Deducted Leave On Absent On Duties

Did company have the right to set own rule to deducted employee pay for their absent work fall on before and after rest day (Means: Sundayt day, Public Holiday and Co Indication Holiday ) via personal reason ?

eg : If worker absent on duties on Monday on 2nd onward : Co. strictly deducted total 3 days as unpaid leave included Saturday (Co. indication holiday) + Sunday (rest day) + Monday !

P/s : Co. have display a memo on above action on notice board!

My employer company is multinational company and business currently slow down. I understand it occur any sector. But employer enforce us to take unpay leave whatever we still have balance leave. It is have this kind of rules in the labour law?
