Thanks your help.
A staff of our company will be terminated effective from 31st dec, co will compensate her two months salary in lieu based on the appointment letter. The question is the company needed to pay her extra 10days wages for termination benefit? Because her salary is RM2400 and 1.4years service at the co, covered by Industry Relation Act. According to Industry Relation Act, is it have this termination & Lay-off benefit too?

Although the Employment (Termination and Layoff Benefits) Regulations is not applicable to the staff, there is nothing to prevent him from complaining to the Industrial Relations Department and claiming for reinstatement.
