以下是我们公司其中一项条规,想请问会否违反劳工法例?

SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS

In the event one or more of the Regulations/Rules are not complied with, the Company will go through the following disciplinary procedure:
A) A written Disciplinary Report.
B) Time off without pay (3 days on each failed Regulations and/or Rule)
C) Immediate Discharge (Depending on Regulations and/or Rule you failed to comply with). This decision in judgement will be made by management.

任何職員若有不滿意公司的懲罰可以向勞工局投訴。

那如果员工已签了Acknowledgment Form 同意了Company Rules & Regulations,公司算抵触劳工法例吗?因公司打算列出几项条规,又担心抵触劳工法例.

要看公司的章程有沒有抵觸勞工法令。比如勞工法令規定病假是14天而公司的章程說是10天,這樣雖然员工已签了,公司的条规也是無效的。
