is it reasonable boss request staff compolsory to take (deduct our annual leave insteal of cut our salary? because boss need us to take leave per day per week...office still work at 5 days but staffs is working 4 days only(yet cut our salary BUT after take off all our annual leave then means UNPAID LEAVE !!!
You can make a complaint at the Labour Office. If you know the business is getting really bad due to the current economic downturn, it may be better than the business closing down.
