Re: RM 1,500 is under which act??

May i to know, if an employees' salary paid is RM 1,500, so he is under Labour Law or IR??

That employee is covered by the Employment Act as far as benefits are concerned like working hour, leave, sick leave and so on. He is also covered by the Industrial Relations Act. You can get more info if you read the First Schedule of the Employment Act.
