1.Is it lawfully to hold employee overtime & salary for a month due to their resignation due to unforeseen activity such as canteen deduction & other deduction. (work in plantation)
2.How about those trainees on practical work? Do they need to contribute EPF & SOCSO? Was it compulsory? On Saturday, they have theory class? Need deduction EPF n SOCSO?
