Re: termination


My employee is still in the probationary period and during this period, her performance has not met our expectation so we prepared a termination letter for her and when the day we wanted to pass it to her, she got an accident, so what shall i do? can i still give her the termination letter or ? Can you give me any suggestion of how to handle this case?

Better hold back the termination letter when she is on medical leave. Decide later when comes back to work.
