你好,我是试用期的员工,合约中有注明
During the probationary period, either you or the company is required to give one (1) day notice or give either party equivalent amount of basic salary in lieu there of.
如果我给1天通知, 是否公司可以不分发这两星期薪水吗?(公司cut of date 是21号)

上个月因我做不足一个月,公司把basic salary / 31天来数上个月的薪水,公司是否对用31天来数而不是26天?

If the notice period is 1 day, company cannot hold back 2 weeks pay.

Basic salary/31 is correct, not 26.
