i have some questions to ask you as below:

my company was terminated all staffs of sales department that want them to resign, so their feel be forced. They tendered resignation letter on 31.01.2008, suppose need to give 14 days notice, but they were working until 7.03.2008 and my company also have given them salary. The question is all these staffs complaint us that want them resign by forced, so how can i do? or can i change method that to terminate them and pay them 14 days notice in lieu? if terminate, from when?

It is quite unusual. After resigning, they keep on working and your company keeps on paying them. This means they not resigned. Now, your company wants to terminate them instead, is that what you mean? If yes, I think you better not ask me, because I don't know what is going on actually. I will advise you to go to the Labour Department and talk to one of the officers about it and seek his advice.
