 Andrea acct_andrea@nationtech.com.my 3/12/2008 11:19:30 AM i joined at this company since 02/05/97, i have a question is did company can direct deduct my feb salary for 1day unpaid leave, her calculation as follow: 18 day annual leave / 12 months = 1.5days per month, (jan08 taken annual leave 1 day, in feb08 chinese new year compulsory leave 2 days, i had taken 2 days annual leave due to my daughter sick). her reason is i cannot on annual leave exceed 1.5day entitle leave per month. I would like to know that why cannot deduct within the 18 days annual leave instead of unpaid leave, can i complain of this case... pls advise..thank you Edit | Delete
