I have my resignation with 1 months notice to my employer . The notice starts from 30.11.2007 to 30.12.2007.
Normally reimburse my millage claims on 10th of each month. How ever since I send in a resignation letter they are holding on my reimbursement and refuse to pay me. My quiry with the management went deaf year. What can I do. Do they have the right to hold on to my reimbursement or salary

You may consult the Labour Department about your claim. But have you given sufficient notice? For example if the notice period is 3 months and you have given only 1 month, they have the right to withhold your money for indemnity in lieu of notice.
