If you resign, you must give notice. My advice is don't resign first because If you do, you may not get your medical benefits under labour law Let your boss know before you go for the operation.

SORRY I THINK YOU MISUNDERSTNDING, BEFORE I ALREADY SUBMITTED MY RESIGN LETTER ALREADY, INSIDE THE LETTER I ALREADY MENTION THAT MAYBE I CANT GIVE ONE MONTH NOTICE DUE TO MY HEALTH PROBLEM, MY BOSS ALSO ACCEPT IT. IF SUDDENLY I GO OPERATION, IT IS HE HAVE RIGHT TO SUE ME BECAUSE OF THIS.

INSIDE MY APPOINTMENT LETTER SAID THAT IF EMPLOYEE NO WORK MORE THAN 6 MONTH COMPANY HAVE RIGHT HOLD 14 DAYS SALARY. INSIDE THE LABOUR LAW IS IT HAVE THIS RULES

If you need to go for an operation, just go. Don't worry so much about your boss sueing you. He can't sue you if you are going for an operation.

You are entitled to 14 days paid medical leave per year. The company cannot deduct your salary if it is not more than 14 days.
