Can a company implement Equalizing Compensation Among Job Levels Whilst implementing Best Industry Practice to their diferent level of employee? Meaning is 3 different level of employees doing the same telesales job. The highest level employee (permenant staff) who is getting the highest monthly pay has to be subjected to a double target of that for the lowest monthly pay contract agent. While the contract agent are enjoying sales incentive (with a lower target), the permanent staff who cannot achieve the double target has to face a below threshold performance. Is it fair to the permanent staff?

Looks like the same question asked by Tan. My suggestion to Tan is as follow:

"...My suggestion is, first, you will have to negotiate with the management for the terms and conditions you would like to have. If no agreement can be reached then there may be a trade dispute and you may enlist the help of the Industrial Relations Dept to mediate in order to reach an agreement. "
