In the event you need to be hospitalized, you will eligible for paid sick leave not exceeding in the aggregate :-

 First 60 days - leave with full pay
 Second 60 days - leave with half pay
 Third 60 days - leave with no pay
can the company write like this?

That is good. It is better than what is provided in the Employment Act. Under the EA only 60 days with full pay, after that can be no pay.

i want to ask about the retirement age. is it necassary to put into the offer of employment ? after that people 55 years old,got any change about the term and condition or not?

The Employment Act does not require employers to stipulate retirement age in the contract of service. It's up to the employers.

If an employee who after retirement wishes to continue to work and the company has vacancy, he may be reemployed on year -to-year contract or month-to-month contract on terms mutually agreed upon by both parties.

From what I know, a worker after 55 year old may still continue to contribute to EPF. He may opt to continue to contribute to EPF if he opts to do so even if he has withdrawn his EPF, the employer has to continue to pay EPF for him. To be sure about this, you better consult the EPF.
