At the end of the year, you can take your 8 days annual lleave with pay or your employer will have to pay you 8 days wages.

It is for the year 2007 which you may take in 2008.

是不是 01-01-07 到 31-12-07 = 没有补钱
01-01-08 到 31-12-08 = 8 天 第一年
01-01-09 到 31-12-09 = 8 天 第二年
01-01-10 到 31-12-10 = 12 天 第三年
01-01-11 到 31-12-11 = 12 天 第四年
01-01-12 到 31-12-12 = 16 天 第五年

是這樣的:

01-01-07 到 31-12-07 = 8 天 第一年 (07年年尾一次过补8 天的钱或在08年拿07 年賺到8天年假〕

01-01-08 到 31-12-08 = 8 天 第二年(08年年尾一次过补8 天的钱或在09年拿08年賺到8天年假〕

01-01-09 到 31-12-09 = 12 天 第三年(09年年尾一次过补12 天的钱或在10年拿09年賺到12天年假〕

01-01-10 到 31-12-10 = 12 天 第四年(10年年尾一次过补12 天的钱或在11年拿10 年賺到12天年假〕

01-01-11 到 31-12-11 = 12 天 第五年(11年年尾一次过补12 天的钱或在12年拿11年賺到12天年假〕

01-01-12 到 31-12-12 = 16 天 第六年(12年年尾一次过补16 天的钱或在13年拿12年賺到16天年假〕

簡單來說 兩年8天,三年12天 超過五年16天。

The answer you cannot read is like this:

01-01-07 to 31-12-07 = 8 days 1st year (employer may paid 8 days wages at end of 07 or the employee can take 8 days leave in 2008 earned in 2007)

01-01-08 to 31-12-08 = 8 days 2nd year (employer may paid 8 days wages at end of 08 or the employee can take 8 days leave in 2009 earned in 2008)

01-01-09 to 31-12-09 = 12 days 3rd year (employer may paid 12 days wages at end of 09 or the employee can take12 days leave in 2010 earned in 2009)

01-01-2010 to 31-12-2010 =12 days 4th year (employer may paid 12 days wages at end of 2010 or the employee can take 12 days leave in 2011 earned in 2010.

01-01-2011 to 31-12-2011 =12 days 5th year (employer may paid 12 days wages at end of 2011 or the employee can take 12 days leave in 2012 earned in 2011

.01-01-2012 to 31-12-2012 =16 days 6th year (employer may paid 16 days wages at end of 2012 or the employee can take 16 days leave in 2013 earned in 2012.

In order not to be confused, just remember, an employee should be getting 8 days for 2 years, 12 days leave for 3 years and 16 days after that.
