Recently, before the Raya holidays, some of the staff have had their bonus paid. However, the rest of us still haven't got any. The problem is the Company did not officially declare the bonus. If they insist on not paying to the rest of us, do you think there is a case?

Just keep your fingers crossed. Since some have got their bonus, hopefully you will get yours also. Actually, if bonus is not contractual, the payment is entirely up to the company to pay or not to pay.

Thanks for your response. I've also asked one of my friend working as HR Manager. If there is an unfair treatment, we can actually report to the labour office. If they insist on not paying, I might be going to the labour office to file a complain.
