i tender my resignation on 01/04/2008 (one month notice) and leave company on 22/04/2008 after deduct my 8 days annual leave. After that i aware that portion of my salary been deduct , company not pay the full amount on month of April. They give the reason isme clear annual leave before leave and they have the rights to deduct portion salary from annual leave. Is company have the rights to do so?

I don't quite understand the reason behind it. Why don't you consult the Labour Department or make a claim if necessary.

I'm hired on 26/12/2006. My entitlement of annual leave commence only in 2007(1st year = 8 days). This year I'm entitlement to similar 8 days /annum. Is year 2006 considered as my 1st year of service?

if my worker under probation, he entitlement to get the leave or not? based on he start joint the company calculation?
