Re: Annual leave

i tender my resignation on 01/04/2008 (one month notice) and leave company on 22/04/2008 after deduct my 8 days annual leave. After that i aware that portion of my salary been deduct , company not pay the full amount on month of April. They give the reason isme clear annual leave before leave and they have the rights to deduct portion salary from annual leave. Is company have the rights to do so?

Betty keohbetty@yahoo.com 29/07/2008 20:31:38	I'm hired on 26/12/2006. My entitlement of annual leave commence only in 2007(1st year = 8 days). This year I'm entitlement to similar 8 days /annum. Is year 2006 considered as my 1st year of service?
