Dear Sir,
I have signed an offer letter by Company and later i received another offer from
Company B which i really wanted, so i have called Company A to reject their offer.
The manager said he needs to see what the HR says because he was not in the position to give any comment, however he respected my decision and wished me all the best.
While waiting for the response from HR , i would to find out if Company A can take action against me because i have rejected the signed offer letter?
