Dear Siew,
I work as marketing & sales cum merchadiser for a fashion trading company. I have left my ex-company for almost 6 months. Before i leave, my boss promise to pay me all my commission after collection in full. He has pay me for 5 months. Last week i was informed by the account dept that he instructed her to stop paying me my balance commision starting from this month.
Do you think he has the right to stop payment? What should i do now?
