I was an Admin Mgr a MNC with fixed salary of RM3500. Recently, due to a restructuring practise, I am now a Sales Exec level of basic RM2300 with RM500 Petrol and RM500 Car allowance. The effect of this was 1st November 2007. I was made to write a letter by my branch manager to reflect this salary change.
As my HR department did not process this adjustment in November, I was asked to pay back the company RM700 for 'salary overpaid' in November.
I was employed since 15 Dec 2006. My probation was supposed to be 6 months, as my head office felt my performance was not up to mark they extended my probation to 8 months. In November, I transfered the Sales depatment with an adjustment of salary. Until today, I have not been confirmed as as a result, I am not eligible for profit sharing or other medical benefits my colleagues enjoy. These additional benefits include hospitalisation and insurance.
